Tina Lovejoy

Founder & Facilitator

As founder of Frameworks Facilitation LLC, Tina Lovejoy facilitates sessions, retreats and workshops for families around the nation to communicate about inheritance, estate planning, next gen development, business succession, stewardship, and family governance. She has worked with over 1,500 clients and their family members to help them with the relational dynamics inherent in wealth transfer. Tina regularly presents keynotes and workshops at national conferences. She also trains advisory teams around the nation in the areas of family dynamics and aligned planning. Prior to her work as a facilitator, Tina studied vocal performance at Boston University and San Francisco Conservatory of Music before embarking on a professional opera career. She draws on her background as a voice teacher to work with clients through a language lens to help them develop the themes that define their mission, vision, values and roles.
